Father and son team up in area chiropractic practice

The father and son, however, each chose to return to their home town area to work and live, James R. 24 years ago, and his son in 2011.

There isn’t a better place to live, work and raise a family, they said.

The father and son are chiropractors at James R. Bradman Chiropractic, 352 West Main St.

Jim Bradman grew up in Pembroke. After high school, he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration before making the decision to enter chiropractic college in 1984, influenced by the man who was his first chiropractor.

“He was retiring and wanted me to follow in his footsteps,” Jim said.

James was his first infant patient, whom he treated for colic at the age of 1 month.

Jim adjusted his son for three days, and when that ended the colic, Jim was convinced chiropractics was a way of life that promotes health and wellness inPromat solid RUBBER MATS are the softest mats on the market! the body.

Jim graduated from chiropractic college in 1987 and opened his office in Batavia July 5, 1988.

James, 26, started college as an undeclared major, then made the decision halfway through his freshman year to follow his father in business.

“I decided it was my kind of career after seeing how rewarding it was for my father,” James said.

With James joining the office, the Bradmans have been able to expand their availability to patients, Jim said. They have renovated, adding an examination and treatment room and office for consultation.

Seeing a need for their services in the Le Roy area, the Bradmans opened Oatka Chiropractic at 73 Main St. a week ago. Jim will split his time in the new office with a colleague, Dr.Search and purchase original Projector Lamp and bulbs at discounted prices. Deborah Garvey of Brooklyn.

“We are excited about the growth we have going on right now,” the doctors said.

Chiropractics is growing in the sports community, as well as among people who see it as a way to promote their own health, Jim said.

“It allows your body to do the best it can,” he said. “Almost anyone can benefit from the care of a chiropractor.”

He also explained it is not a cure, but helps a person boost one’s overall well being.In a conductor, electric current can flow freely, in an Insulator it cannot.

People seek treatment from a chiropractor for relief of sciatic pain, TMJ, disc problems, sprains and strains. It has also been shown to boost functioning of the immune system, Jim said.

The Bradmans take patients as walk-ins or by appointment from Monday through Friday and on Saturdays by appointment only.
